2016 Dream Book Cover Revealed
The In-Store Dreambook will be available at local retailers beginning April 18.
The cover of the In-Store Dream Book spotlights the 12th in the Snowtop Lodge series, by Joanne Eschrich. This year’s snowman is decked out in a Santa cap (with a white pom-pom) and is carrying a box of ornaments. A wintry scene is depicted around the base.

Additional Historical Information
Although the first booklet containing a pictorial review of the then current Keepsake ornament line was released in ’79, it wasn’t until ’90 that the “Dream Book” name was first included on the cover of the annual Keepsake Ornament catalog.
2016 Online Dream Book Release Date
The on-line version of the 2016 Dream Book will be posted during the week of, April 25, 2016.

Edythe is well-known for her beloved The Beauty of Birds Keepsake Ornament series. This year’s design, the Pine Grosbeak, marks the 12th ornament in the series.
Inspired by her family of nature lovers, Edythe has been a bird lover from childhood. These are among her favorite ornaments to work on because she finds their forms wonderful to work with, as they can be stylized in many different ways. For this series, she likes to choose strikingly colorful birds that many people will be familiar with. She starts with a sketch that “idealizes” the bird and then translates it into a very decorative, almost jewelry-like quality.
