2016 Sneak Peek: NFL Lineup Change
The Hallmark Keepsake ornament lineup for 2016 has changed. The William Gay ornament has been canceled and replaced with Ben Roethlisberger in his “bumblebee” uniform. This repaint of the 13th in the Football Legends series will be available beginning Ornament Debut.

The next Keepsake Ornament Club Convention (celebrating the 30th anniversary of the KOC) is scheduled for August 3-5, 2017 at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center in Kansas City, MO.
A limited number of rooms are available at a discounted rate ($163.00/night + fees and taxes) for August 2, 3, 4 & 5 at the Sheraton. Individuals are encouraged to reserve their room early. Group rate available until July 12, 2017. Subject to Availability.

Local Clubs Receive First Mailing for 2016
The first of four mailings that the national Keepsake Ornament Club will be sending to Local Clubs this year is currently being delivered to Club Sponsors/Club Contacts. The shipment contains the February 2016 issue of Collectively Speaking and a free Keepsake Ornament for your club to raffle off or give away as a door prize.
NOTE: We have reports of Clubs receiving: “Holiday Parade,” a limited quantity ornament from 2007. What ornament did your Club receive? Please let us know in the comments section below.

Hallmark continues its participation at the nation’s largest pop culture fan conventions with exclusive products developed for these events.
Here is a list of those conventions Hallmark Will be in attendance this year:

Featured Series – Fairy Messengers
Kristina Gaughran’s Fairy Messengers series started with the idea of flowers and their meanings.
Kris’ job was to imagine what those flowers would look like as fairies. And with that, a beloved series has blossomed. Kris likes to have all the previous fairies from the series in front of her as she draws each new one. “It shows where we’ve been, so I take them all into consideration.” She finds it also helps to imagine herself as the fairy she’s creating to capture the feel she wants.
