Voice over (Kristina Gaughran): Allot of times we’ll start with a sketch and… I was very fortunate on this one to work with an illustrator and… It was working with her, coming up with the idea and through that we took it back to the team and they were all excited about it as well. From then on, its a matter of actually going in and just sculpting it. I think we paired very well together. I think the end product is very compelling.

Voice over (Robert Chad): In the beginning of the process, all they talk about are ideas. It’s not even a sketch… By the time it came to me… the whole concept was there. What characters were going to be in the ornament. What they were going to do. What it was going to say. At that point, I realized there was no place to put the hook. I had to take one of the characters and lean him over, so we could get a hook inside of his head… so the whole ornament would hang straight.
