Collectors will light up to discover their favorite vintage Keepsake Magic Ornaments (2009 and before), that were originally powered by light strings, can now be powered by Hallmark’s new Legacy Cord.

In response to customer demand, Hallmark will be releasing (Winter 2014) a magic cord type connection technology that will keep up to 4 older Keepsake Magic Ornaments constantly powered. This cord will be a “light string” that resembles an extension cord with connectors to power ornaments.

Simply place the cord on your tree or mantel, attach the enclosed transformer, connect past Keepsake Magic Ornaments and plug the transformer into any wall outlet.

The Legacy Cord is available beginning Ornament Debut Weekend, October 4-5, 2014.

NOTE: Unlike Magic Cords, Legacy Cords will not connect together.
