Gone are the days where being a superhero meant wearing a cape or having a superpower.
Today real-life superheroes are doctors, nurses, hospital staff, first responders, truck drivers, grocery store clerks, and ordinary people who give of themselves, perform acts of kindness, or just rise to the occasion to help others.
On this National Superheroes Day, we would like to thank all those who have transformed into everyday superheroes by being on the front lines, working long hours and fearlessly, and selflessly putting themselves at risk for the rest of us during these challenging times.
