New Membership Timing

  • Change from rolling membership to “Calendar Year” plan Membership
  • Starts when you enroll and continues throughout the calendar year
  • Ends December 31st of each year

 (The earlier you join the longer your membership is technically active.)

Later open Enrollment in 2018

  • Enroll starting April 2nd
  • Enrollment closes October 31st
  • KOC Brochure (explaining all of the 2018 benefits) and Application Form mailed in late March
