Event Product Offered to All KOC Members

Couldn’t make it to one of the ‘art of keepsakes’ events this summer but loved the product that we offered? No problem! In your September issue of For Keeps, there’s an order form showing the product available for sale to the general KOC membership.

There is one thing , however that isn’t shown that we’re making available to local club members. You can purchase the ‘art of keepsakes’ lapel pin and set of five dangles for $10. Each dangle lists one of the cities we visited (Scottsdale, Chicago, Dallas, Boise, Philadelphia) on the tour. If you would rather have just a set of dangles or lapel pin, these can be purchased for $5 each.

You may have heard that we seriously underestimated the popularity of these dangle sets sets and actually ran out of these items for sale in Scottsdale. For that reason, we had our vendor create more and wanted to offer them to all local club members to purchase.

If you’d like to order lapel pins or a set of dangles, here’s what you need to do:

• At your next local club meeting, take an order for the lapel pin and dangle set.
• Tally how many of each item your club is ordering.
• Send one check (made payable to KOC) for your club’s entire order. We will only be able to process mail-in orders. Send the check and order total to: Art of Keepsakes Dangle Offer, ℅ Hallmark KOC – #166, PO Box 419580, Kansas City, MO 64141.
• Order deadline is December 31, 2003 or until supplies are gone. Don’t delay!

We’ll ship those out to the contact person who will be responsible for distributing the order to each local club member.
