Attaching tree topper to the tree
Use the support rod with velcro® strips to fasten the tree topper to the tree. Position the support rod so that the round pin is positioned facing upward next to the highest vertical branch n the tree. Wrap the two velcro® strips (attached to the support rod) around enough branches at the top of the tree (or trunk) to provide extra support. Position the hole in the bottom of the tree topper over the pin in the top of the support rod, and press down to secure. Plug the attached connector cord into an empty light bulb socket on a standard light string to see the tree topper illuminate.
