Now available for download on both iOS and Android smart phones, the KOC Convention app delivers a unique digital experience, helping you keep track of event information and placing the latest updates in the palm of your hand.

With the KOC Convention app, you can:
- Access the general event agenda and view your personal schedule. If you wish to update your personal schedule, please visit the website prior to the convention or Santa’s Helpers Help Desk onsite.
- Locate events and activity sessions with interactive maps.
- Learn about general convention information, the North Pole Village, Product Shop, Evening Events and more.
- Receive event announcements and news.
- Play a photo scavenger hunt game beginning Thursday, August 8, at 8:00 a.m. and receive a prize for completing.
- Connect and share with fellow attendees.
Step 1: Download the App
The first thing you’ll need to do is download the app on the device you’re bringing to the event.
Don’t have iOS or Android? Skip Step 1. You can access the same content on the desktop version.
Step 2: Log Into the App!
Once downloaded, open the KOC Convention app and click open next to “2019 KOC Convention”. To log into the app, enter your first and last name. A verification code will be sent to the email address that you used to register for the convention. Enter the code to complete your login and begin using the app!
You do not have to log in to use the app. However, logging in is the only way to see your personal schedule, play the game, post in the activity feed or share messages with fellow attendees. New Keepsake Studio Artist: Gregor Benedetti

In the recently released 2019 KOC Convention app for the iPhone, it was revealed that there is a new Keepsake Studio Artist named Gregor Benedetti.
The app indicates that he will be part of a Meet and Greet on the Thursday of the event from 10 am – 12 pm.
Gregor’s work is not entirely new to the line, he had four personalizable sports ornaments in the 2018 line featuring sock monkeys. He also teamed up with Tammy Haddix to create “Toy Soldier,” this year’s Gift of Memories promotional ornament.

KOC Convention App
The 2019 Hallmark Convention app for iOS (including iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch) is now available in the App Store. Please be aware that at present this app is only a basic framework and is still being populated with information.
The quickest way to locate the app in the store is to tap Search and type in, “KOC Convention”.
An app for Android on the Google Play Store is still in the approval process and has yet to be released*.
Hallmark will be sending out a communication when the app is ready for both platforms.
*NOTE: It is not uncommon for apps appearing in both stores to be released at separate times due to the Stores’ individual approval processes.
UPDATE (07.22.19) – A new and improved version of the iOS KOC Convention app is now available.

(July 11, 2019) —Join us for more than 250 new Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments that will be released during the annual Keepsake Ornament Premiere Event beginning Saturday, July 13, at Hallmark Gold Crown® stores nationwide and online at Hallmark.com. The annual event gives consumers a first chance to purchase Keepsakes Ornaments from the all-new 2019 line and experience the magic of Christmas in July.
“There is something magical about this time of year. We are excited to show Keepsake Ornament fans this year’s new line of ornaments in our collection—lots of fun surprises,” said Nicole Reid, general manager for Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments. “Every year, our artists create the most amazing ornaments that help people celebrate the special times in their year, and the special people in their lives.”

Hallmark proudly welcomes the characters of Sesame Street® to the 2019 Keepsake Ornament collection. For the first time Keepsake Ornaments will feature favorite characters from the beloved children’s program for the holidays.
