• RN13 – Renewal (the most common, may be used as a default if you don’t have a source code)
• ACQ13 – Acquisition (used if you did not renew your KOC membership in 2010)

• NEW13 – New Membership (used by stores when they submit a new membership)
• WWWN13 – New Membership (processed using form from Hallmark.com)
• WWWR13 – Renewal (processed using form from Hallmark.com)
• DBN13 – New Membership (processed using form from Dream Book)
• DBR13 – Renewal (processed using form from Dream Book)
