Artist Signings
The artists will sign ornaments they created.  All ornaments (by the signing artists) that are purchased at the sale will be signed free.  Additional ornaments brought from home will be signed $4.00 each.

Exclusive Items

Silent Auction
Bid on numerous items directly from the Hallmark Keepsake Artists’ own collections.  Items include original sketches, sculpts, prototypes and unproduced pieces.

Concessions
Snacks, picnic tables and conversation with collecting friends.

Dinner
BBQ dinner with a Panel of Keepsake Artists who will share stories and talk about their designs.

Each local club member attending the Friday night dinner received a repaint of the 6th in the “A Pony For Christmas series” Keepsake ornament.

Event Product

Members of Local clubs with 75% of their membership in attendance at the event received two attendee gift bags and an additional artist signing pass for Saturday.

These items were originally available at 5 regional “Art of Keepsakes” events held in the Summer of 2003.  After the last event ended, the remaining limited quantities were offered up to club members through a direct mail offer.

NOTE: All prizes winners had to be present to win. Hallmark keep drawing until all of the prizes were given away. (There was 15 of each Register-to-Win prize in every city.)

An informal drop in event (for local club members) that was contested on the eve of each Jubilee event.

Start time: 7:00 p.m. (program ran from 7:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
End time: 9:00 p.m.

Each local club member attending the Friday night gathering received a repaint of the Sharing Santa’s Snacks.

Fifteen exclusive specially painted ornaments (3 each of 5 designs) were given away once an hour. Plus, two grand prize winners (complete Faery Tree and The Night Before the Night Before Christmas collection) were announced at 1:30 p.m.
