During the winter
and all through the year,
we hear his sweet music,
“what cheer, cheer, cheer.”

From backyards to woodlands,
wherever he darts,
the beautiful redbird
is dear to our hearts.

Birds have a wonderful way of brightening our would. Our feathered friends have a variety of distinctive colors and features that enable us to identify the various species. This series will portray a different bird each year, and each one will carry a small gift of nature.
