1978 Dodge® Li’l Red Express Truck

The 1978 Li’l Red Express, the most popular of the factory-custom trucks Dodge® dubbed “Adult toys,” let many drivers begging to go out and play.  With a Canyon Red body, chrome mag wheels, and an oak-trimmed bed, it was made to capture every eye on the strip.  But if you didn’t see Li’l Red, you certainly heard it.  A gleaming pair of chrome exhaust stacks, placed just behind the cab, bellowed with the power of the truck’s modified police V-8 engine.  Look for another classic truck in this series next year.
