A small golden ball with silver wings, the Golden Snitch is incredibly fast and difficult to catch.  As Seeker for the Gryffindor Quidditch team, Harry must weave between Bludgers, Beaters, Chasers, and the Quaffle while trying to catch the elusive Golden Snitch.  During Harry’s first Quidditch match at Hogwarts, he catches the Snitch in his mouth.
